happens to fish and other aquatic species once they leave the commercial
import/export or aquaculture facility?
How do retail stores deal with the drastic changes in water quality
parameters (temperature, pH, DO, CO2, and ammonia) that often occur during
transport? What are the major
infectious and non-infectious problems seen at the retail level, and what
corrective measures or treatments are used?
This presentation will explore some of these issues and provide basic
recommendations for the retail industry.
